Magon started her career as an art educator. She has been teaching visual arts, at various public high schools in Whatcom, Skagit, and Snohomish counties, for the last 18 years. She has her bachelors and masters degrees in art education and national board certification. Her work focuses on the conceptual story telling, illustration, and sculpture.
